Expertise, quality and compliance are critical factors in injection moulding because it is a highly technical and tightly controlled process which is used to produce parts for safety-critical devices and in regulated industries.
From ensuring expert knowledge on mould design and materials is implemented to provide consistent quality which exceeds customer satisfaction, as well as meeting strict regulatory requirements and adhering to risk management, plastic manufacturers in the UK, like Omega Plastics, must implement these three factors in the manufacturing process.
At Omega Plastics, expertise when engineering plastics is one of our main objectives as an organisation. Our execution of expertise, quality and compliance has been recognised and accredited by relevant quality standards, and we are proud to be in receipt of numerous awards and be members of several organisations.
Expertise, quality and compliance at Omega Plastics
At Omega Plastics Group, we offer a range of plastic services to customers and clients operating in a wide range of sectors. Since our work spans several industries, our team must ensure expertise, quality and compliance expectations are met.
These factors work closely together. Expertise enables quality through correct design and process control, quality supports compliance by proving products meet regulatory standards and compliance formalises both aspects through documented and auditable systems. Not only does Omega Plastics offer plastic services including plastic injection tooling and plastic injection moulding, but our team also offers added value services, like quality control for injection moulding.
Over our years in service as expert plastic manufacturers in the UK, we have received important accreditations and achievements which reflect the dedication and commitment we show towards the various projects we work on.
