Omega Plastics Group are an injection moulding full service provider to the medical sector, manufacturing and supplying moulded components and sub-assemblies, as well as direct supply of tooling to customers with their own moulding capability.

A further addition to the expanding Commercial Team, Keith Jackson joins as our Automotive Account Manager. Keith will be responsible for winning automotive business and developing current automotive accounts.

We have received our new Demag Intelect2 50T moulding machine, our 4th new moulding machine this year. This machine gives micro moulding capability and comes with two interchangeable barrels (14mm and 22mm), giving flexibility to produce components for high precision applications from less than 1g up to 22g.

Kris Routledge has been appointed as our Warehouse Controller at Signal Plastics. This is a new role in the business, and is a sign of our continued business growth.

As the number of our apprentices continues to grow, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate some of our current colleagues and highlight the key roles they take on at Omega Plastics Group.

We are pleased to announce that Omega Plastics Group is attending the North East Automotive Alliance Exhibition in September.

The Commercial Team welcomes our new Business Development Manager, Nathan Ashford, who will be responsible for new business sales for moulding and tooling.

As we move into Step 4 of the lifting of COVID restrictions from Monday 19 July we wanted to provide an update on our current operational status, the potential of some disruption from COVID isolation and supply chain, our working practices and how we are managing visitors to our sites, and our continued growth and investment.

We will be attending Medical Tech Innovation Exhibition in September located at the NEC, Birmingham.
