Phil leads our quality team, with responsibility for all aspects of quality control and quality assurance.
Phil works with our teams to drive process improvements, ensure product consistency, and maintain rigorous quality standards in line with industry and customer expectations.
He has extensive experience as a quality manager in plastic injection moulding, particularly within the automotive sector.
