Omega Plastics, our facility in Gateshead, is dedicated to plastic injection tooling and plastic injection moulding.
Signal Plastics, our 43,500 sq. ft. facility in Washington offers high volume plastic injection moulding services. This facility houses overhead robotic equipment and 15 injection moulding presses ranging from 100 to 1,300 tonnes and is built around the principles of total quality lean manufacturing which incorporates robot demoulding and packing with fully integrated conveyor systems.
At Omega Plastics, we are committed to ensuring you receive the maximum value from your plastic parts. We have dedicated teams at the plant to focus on Advanced Product Quality Planning, injection moulding supply chain management, preventative maintenance, quality, warehousing and logistics.
