Our medical injection moulding facilities
At Omega Plastics Group, our medical injection moulding services are conducted in-house across our facilities in the North East of England. Our two bespoke sites include Omega Plastics in Gateshead and Signal Plastics in Washington.
We offer plastic injection tooling and plastic injection moulding at both sites. Our Washington site, Signal Plastics, is home to 15 plastic injection moulding machines to allow our team of expert engineers to manufacture high volume plastic parts.
We have four all-electric Fanuc injection moulding machines which range from 60-300 tonnes. When combined with our knowledge and expertise in medical injection moulding, we can support the manufacture of any medical device, with our injection moulding supply chain management available to guide your product from the design stages through to market.
Under a highly regulated sector, Fanuc’s purpose-built machines enable us to create the right conditions for manufacturing highly sensitive medical plastic products. All of our products meet regulatory compliance standards, with our work supporting component validation, including DQ, IQ, OP and PQ to maintain the highest quality of service.
